Complete Steps To Generate Salary Payslip

🔘 Currency Selection - Step 1

Select the preferred currency for the salary slip including US Dollar ($), Canadian, Euro, Japanese Yen, Pakistan Rupees, Indian Rupees, Turkish Lira, Philippines Peso and other.

🏢 Company Details - Step 2

This section will allow you to enter the employer or company information.

  • Company Name:
    Enter your company (e.g., Tech Solutions Inc.).
  • Company Logo:
    Upload PNG or JPG image of the company logo (Max size: 500KB) by using click the upload or drag and drop your logo.
  • Work Days:
    Enter the number of working days in the pay period (e.g., 26 days).
  • Pay Date:
    Set the date on which the salary is paid. In the image it is set to 31/07/2025.

👩‍💼 Employee Details - Step 3

In this section, you need to enter the desire record of employee related information.

  • Full Name:
    Input the employee full name (e.g., Sarah John).
  • Employee ID:
    Enter the employee identifier number (e.g., 155687).
  • Designation:
    Enter the job title or designation (e.g., Software Engineer).
  • Department:
    Enter your employee relevant department name (e.g., Engineering).

Custom Detail:
You can add additional details by using the custom button such as Grade, Bank Account, Employee Tax Number by clicking “Add Custom Detail” and filling in the field.

💰 Earnings - Step 4

This section includes all income components of the salary.

  • Basic Salary:
    Enter the base pay amount (e.g., 5000).
  • COLA:
    Cost of Living Allowance (e.g., 1450).
  • Rent:
    House rent allowance or housing benefit (e.g., 2500).
  • Medical:
    Medical allowance (e.g., 2000).
  • Add Custom Earning:
    Click the green button to add other earning types example includes Bonus, Incentives, etc.

Total Earnings means sum of all items listed under this section.

➖ Deductions - Step 5

Deductions means reduce the gross earnings to calculate the net salary.

  • Tax Deduction:
    Any tax amount deducted from salary (e.g., 750).
  • Provident Fund:
    Contributions to PF savings (e.g., 150).
  • Arrear:
    Any back payments or adjustments (e.g., 250).
  • Loan:
    Loan repayments deducted from the salary (e.g., 100).
  • Add Custom Deduction:
    This custom button will allow you to add additional deductions example includes Insurance, Union Fees, etc.

The amount of total deductions means sum of all listed deducted items.

This option is used to preview and download the pay slip:

  • Preview Payslip:
    Simply click on preview button to view the payslip before finalizing it.
  • Download PDF:
    Click generate button and download the payslip as PDF file.
  • Share:
    Click share salary or pay slip button to share via email or WhatsApp.
  • Reset:
